Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help children with autism and developmental disabilities learn new skills and reach goals.

You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow BCBA plans, collect progress data, and work closely with families while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and supportive team of BCBAs are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification if required).
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass a background check.
