Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in New Mexico seeks caring Paraprofessional/Behavioral Health Technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, follow plans under supervision, and help children build communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills. Data collection and HIPAA-compliant documentation are expected components.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Experience with children, autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Patient, compassionate, dependable, and positive
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus

Responsibilities

Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for caring, dependable Paraprofessional/ Behavioral health technician's who are passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities learn, grow, and reach meaningful goals.

Whether you’re an experienced Paraprofessional/ Behavioral health technician or have experience working with children, education, special education, or a related field, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification if required.
• Experience working with children, especially children with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and other service locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.
