Perfect Pair ABA NM LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across diverse settings in Artesia, NM. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon hours and a supportive team environment led by BCBA-developed protocols.

The position emphasizes data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with caregivers to promote client growth. A valid RBT certification or pursuit, HS diploma, and CPR/First Aid readiness within 30 days

Qualifications

• RBT certification with BACB or willingness to pursue.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to support the basic needs of clients.

Responsibilities

As an RBT, you will facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. This is a part‑time position with flexible hours, including afternoon shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to pursue RBT certification.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
