Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA is seeking caring paraprofessional/behavioral health technicians to support children with autism and developmental disabilities across homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children learn communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting data to track progress.

Skill Sprouts ABA is looking for caring, dependable Paraprofessional/ Behavioral health technician’s who are passionate about helping children with autism and developmental disabilities learn, grow, and reach meaningful goals.

Whether you’re an experienced Paraprofessional/ Behavioral health technician or have experience working with children, education, special education, or a related field, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.

• Follow individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Teach communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills.

• Collect accurate data to track progress and celebrate milestones.

• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.

• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and clinical team.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA.

What We’re Looking For

• Current RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification if required.

• Experience working with children, especially children with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred.

• Patient, compassionate, dependable, and positive.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and other service locations.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus! We value team members who can connect with and support families from diverse backgrounds.
