Skill Sprouts ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking caring Registered Behavior Technicians to help children with autism build meaningful skills and reach their goals. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools and community settings under supervision by a BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, teaching communication and daily living skills, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. RBT certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working with children, especially autism or developmental disabilities, preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, dependable with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes, schools and community settings.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
