Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking caring Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

We offer pay in the range of $22–$28 per hour (based on experience), flexible scheduling, ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, not required).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities.
• Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.

• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies.
