Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will help children build communication, social, play, independence, and daily living skills while collecting data and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. The role offers flexible scheduling, supportive supervision, and opportunities to grow your ABA career.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if required.
• Experience with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes, schools, and community settings.
• Ability to pass a background check.
