Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in New Mexico is seeking caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities in homes and community settings.

You will follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA, teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills, collect data, and work closely with families to track progress.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Strong communication, patience, and dependability.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
