Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering personalized intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families.

We provide comprehensive training and value a compassionate, patient team player who can engage with kids and adapt to dynamic situations in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven't had one in the last year).
• Ability to pass a pre employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• RBT Certification required within 45 days of onboarding requirements.
