Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. The role involves physical readiness to assist children up to 50 pounds, teamwork, and a dedication to making a real difference in families' lives.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• 18+ years of age with high school diploma or GED; able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Move and assist safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds for safety.
