Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Westmoreland, TN is seeking qualified RBTs for afternoon shifts to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.

You’ll work under a supervising BCBA, track progress, and travel to client homes; there are growth opportunities through our Lead RBT and BCBA fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.

• Previous ABA experience is a plus
