Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Smyrna, TN is seeking RBTs for part-time afternoon shifts to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision. You will follow treatment plans and document client progress in session notes, becoming a consistent, positive presence in each day.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
