Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Princess Anne, MD is seeking compassionate BTs for afternoon sessions providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.

Travel to client homes, flexible scheduling, growth opportunities through our BCBA fellowship program and Lead RBT track are offered. Competitive hourly rate and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
