Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Ooltewah, TN is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon cases. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under a supervising BCBA, following established treatment plans and documenting client progress.

The role requires reliable transportation for travel to client homes or service sites. We offer a BCBA Fellowship Program, paid time off, health coverage, and a supportive clinical team focused on growth and leadership opportunities within Blossom ABA

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required from BACB.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in the client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
