Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring RBTs for afternoon cases in Winchester, TN. Join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference in children’s lives through targeted ABA therapy.

Position offers part-time afternoon shifts with potential to grow into full-time, plus benefits including insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Active RBT certification required, high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
