Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Sevierville, TN is looking for compassionate RBTs to join our supportive clinical team. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow plans from a supervising BCBA, and travel to client homes in the area.

We offer competitive pay ($22.00–$27.00/hr), part-time afternoon hours with potential to grow, PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional development through our BCBA fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with kids.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
