Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Millington, TN is hiring RBTs for afternoon cases. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and follow plans set by a supervising BCBA while enjoying growth opportunities through our fellowship programs.

This role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits including PTO and health insurance. Travel to client homes is required, with ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
