Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Ooltewah, TN is hiring RBTs for part-time afternoon cases with growth opportunities into full-time roles. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and follow BCBA-created treatment plans, while traveling to client homes and reporting progress.

Active RBT certification and a high school diploma are required; reliable transportation and a genuine passion for helping kids are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
