Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Antioch, TN is hiring RBTs for afternoon shifts to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under a supervising BCBA. The role emphasizes a supportive environment and travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
