Job summary

Galliant is hiring for an Elkhorn clinic role focused on delivering compassionate 1-on-1 therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position offers a daytime schedule, a central clinic home, and robust training opportunities.

Certified RBTs can earn $20.00–$28.00 per hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus, with 100% paid RBT certification for uncertified hires. Growth through regular evaluations and benefits is included.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn; no prior healthcare or ABA experience required.

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors and build skills.
• Deliver assent-based care: uphold neurodiversity-affirming values and prioritize safety and engagement.
• Track session data: use a clinic tablet to record real-time data and draft daily progress notes.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

What We’re Looking For

• Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Elkhorn clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
