Job summary

Galliant in the Benson area is seeking energetic team members to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD in a clinic setting. This role offers a predictable daytime schedule, paid RBT training, and a $500 sign-on bonus for qualifying hires.

Active RBTs or those pursuing RBT training can join a BCBA-led clinic. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k). A valid driver’s license is required for daily commute.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun, clinic setting.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

What We're Looking For

• Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.

• Backgrounds Welcome: Great for career-changers from daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!

• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
