Galliant is seeking devoted RBTs in Burleson, TX to provide one-on-one therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a center-based setting. The company offers clear growth paths with structured performance and compensation reviews.

Starting Pay:
Certified RBTs: $18.00 – $23.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)
Uncertified / Entry-Level: $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)
Growth: Structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months

Tiered Starting Pay & Semi-Annual Raises: Higher starting rates for certified RBTs, plus guaranteed performance and pay evaluations every 6 months to grow your income.
100% Paid RBT Certification: For uncertified hires, we cover all costs for your 40-hour RBT course and BACB exam within your first 8 weeks.
Consistent Daytime Hours: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—enjoy predictable scheduling, a single clinic home, and your weekends free (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside experienced BCBAs in an energizing clinical environment owned and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.
Supervision & Career Growth: Easily secure BACB supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA credentials.

Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
Provide Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting.
Digital Data Collection: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
Education & Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
Background: Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, or special education is a plus, but not required!
Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain safety protocols.
