Job summary

Galliant in Dallas is hiring for our Forest Lane clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. We offer starting pay for certified RBTs at $19-$24/hour or entry-level $18-$19/hour with 100% paid RBT training included.

You will work a daytime schedule in a center-based setting, with growth opportunities through semi-annual reviews and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), life and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing or a High School Diploma with strong drive to learn.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy and implement behavior plans.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing child safety and comfort.
• Track session data on a clinic tablet and draft progress notes.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.

• Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

What We're Looking For

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn - no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!

• The Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and ready to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Forest Lane clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
