Job summary

Galliant is hiring at our Bedford clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour for certified RBTs, with raises every 6 months, and a $250 sign-on bonus for active RBTs.

Training is provided, with 100% clinic-based work and full benefits. New hires will work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, in a single clinic setting with no driving between client homes.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
• Deliver assent-based care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a clinic setting.
• Track session data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
