Job summary

Galliant in Elkhorn City, KY, is hiring certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our clinic-based team. The role offers a starting pay of $22.00–$28.00 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus, with a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will work one-on-one with children with autism, document progress on a tablet, and receive direct mentorship from BCBAs in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming setting.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to the clinic daily.
• Passion for neurodiversity-affirming care and collaborative clinical work.
• Able to stay active and follow safety protocols with children.

Responsibilities

• Run individualized procedures to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills and communication.

What to Expect:

As an RBT working one-on-one with children with Autism in a clinic setting, you will:

• Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication.

• Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients.

• Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB.

• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
