Galliant’s Benson clinic is hiring energetic individuals for 1-on-1 therapy with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We offer 100% paid training and sponsorship to become a certified RBT, even for entry-level candidates.

You will report to a single, fully equipped clinic and work in a supportive, BCBA-led team. Responsibilities include delivering direct therapy, maintaining progress notes, and collaborating with BCBAs in a nurturing clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB or a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete paid training.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification with paid training provided if not currently certified.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
• Backgrounds welcome from childcare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based care prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a clinic setting.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft objective daily progress notes.

Starting Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 / hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus & Raises Every 6 Months ( Certified RBTs )

$19.00 – $20.00 / hour ( Paid RBT Training Provided ) + Raises Every 6 Months

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
