Job summary

Galliant is hiring for a full-time RBT to provide 1-on-1 direct therapy for children with Autism in a clinic setting. You will implement individualized plans, track progress with a clinic tablet, and contribute to a supportive team.

We sponsor RBT certification, offer a consistent 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday–Friday schedule, structured pay growth, mentorship from BCBA-D professionals, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn, no prior healthcare or ABA experience required.
• Willingness to participate in paid RBT training and supervision programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy in a clinic setting with children with Autism using compassionate, assent-based care.
• Implement individualized plans to reduce challenging behaviors and improve daily living skills and functional communication.
• Track session data and write objective daily progress notes using the clinic tablet.

Starting Pay & Incentives:

• Certified RBTs: $20.00 – $24.50+ / hour
• Uncertified / Entry-Level: $18.00 – $19.50 / hour (100% Paid RBT Training Included)
• Growth Track: Structured compensation & performance evaluations every 6 months

What You’ll Do (1-on-1 Direct Care)

• Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
• Track Session Data: Use a provided clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes.

Who You Are

• Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
• Mindset: Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thriving in a collaborative team setting.
• Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! Able to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at their level and maintain safety protocols.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
