Galliant in Omaha, NE is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1-on-1 therapy with children who have ASD in a clinic setting. This role includes paid RBT training, a $500 sign-on bonus, and semi-annual pay raises.
Typical hours are 8:00 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with a single clinic location and no driving between homes. A valid driver’s license is required.
Starting Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 / hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus & Raises Every 6 Months (Certified RBTs)

BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside accessible, supportive BCBAs in a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
Credentials: Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.

Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
