Job summary

Galliant in Texas is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No prior experience required—we offer 100% paid training and certification and a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday with occasional team meetings until 5:00 PM.

You’ll work at a center-based clinic with BCBA-D leadership, enjoy full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), life insurance) and receive starting

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and build functional communication.
• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.
• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.
