Galliant is seeking a motivated Behavioral Technician to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD at our Texas clinic. Training and certification are provided, with paid coursework and BACB exam support.
The role offers a daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, with raises every six months. You’ll work in a center-based setting, avoiding travel and vehicle wear, and join a supportive team led by experienced BCBAs.
Starting Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour + Opportunities for Raises Every 6 Months with plenty of room to grow!

100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course and BACB exam within your first 8 weeks.
100% Center-Based (Zero Driving): Say goodbye to wear-and-tear on your vehicle and driving between client homes. You work at one collaborative, resource-rich clinic facility every day.
Predictable Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. Enjoy consistent hours, a stable routine, and your weekends free! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
Semi-Annual Pay Raises: Competitive starting rates backed by structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to ensure your base pay scales with your skills.
BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinical environment designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and develop functional communication.

Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the clinic.
