Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Mount Olive, NC is hiring RBTs for afternoon shifts. This role offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time, competitive pay, and a BCBA fellowship pathway.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under a supervising BCBA, track progress, and travel to client homes. We value dedication to kids, reliable transportation, and ongoing professional development through our team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
