Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Manchester, TN is seeking RBTs for afternoon shifts to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.

You’ll follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA, track client progress, and travel to homes or service locations. The role offers part-time afternoon hours with potential to grow, a BCBA fellowship, and a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
