Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Chattanooga, TN is hiring RBTs for afternoon shifts. Join a supportive team and participate in BCBA fellowship options, with competitive pay and benefits.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, follow treatment plans from a supervising BCBA, and track progress through session notes while traveling to client homes or other locations. This role offers growth through our fellowship programs and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with kids required.
• ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in the client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
