Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Smithville, TN is hiring RBTs for competitive afternoon shifts. Join a supportive team that values your work and offers growth through our BCBA fellowship program and Lead RBT paths.

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, follow plans from a supervising BCBA, track progress with notes, and travel to client homes or locations. Active RBT certification and HS diploma required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
