Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring RBTs for afternoon shifts in Franklin, TN. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, following BCBA-approved treatment plans and documenting progress. Flexible scheduling and a supportive clinical team help you grow in your role.

The position offers part-time afternoon hours with potential to move to full-time. We value teamwork, ongoing learning, and opportunities through our fellowship programs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB required.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be completed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
