BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by BCBA supervisors and supporting each client’s goals, in a role ideal for those eager to learn and help others.

Work will involve ABA therapy in diverse settings, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA teams. We value flexibility, growth, and a supportive culture that puts families first.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data.
• Physical ability to work with young children.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA therapy in the client’s home, school, or community as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training sessions.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain high professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Conhecimentos

High school diploma or equivalent

Current RBT certification

Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated

Interpersonal and communication skills

Follow detailed instructions

Physical ability

Valid driver’s license

Formação académica

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate/Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field (a plus)
