Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients one-on-one, implementing ABA plans created by BCBA supervisors. You’ll work in client homes, schools, or community settings, following RBT guidelines and data-collection protocols to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a 2- or 4-year degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with clients and families.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and moving during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' home, school, or community settings as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, participating in supervision meetings and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
