Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by BCBA supervision. This role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, and collaboration with a supportive team.

The position involves home, school, or community settings, with a focus on delivering high‑quality ABA therapy and advancing clients’ goals in a family-centered, trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degrees are a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with families and clients.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to sit/stand/move during therapy sessions with young children.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members and participate in supervision meetings and trainings.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines; maintain professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills.
