Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA supervisors and supporting each client’s goals.

This role suits individuals who are eager to learn, care deeply for others, and deliver high-quality therapy. You’ll work in client homes, schools, or community settings, with supervision meetings and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to collect data and document progress accurately.
• Physical ability to work with young children; driver’s license if travel to client sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in client homes, schools, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity.
• Collect and record data to track progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members; participate in supervision and training.
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families and build rapport.
