Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is hiring RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in our McKinney, TX clinic. You will work under a BCBA, follow BIPs, and help children develop communication, motor, and independence skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, benefits for full-time teammates, and support in obtaining your RBT certification. Starting compensation ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to pursue RBT certification; assistance provided; certification within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Job Description

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, and support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time positions (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm operating hours) and will assist you through the RBT certification process! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
