Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients under BCBA supervision. Positions are full-time (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-6:30pm) with support through the RBT certification process and opportunities for growth.

You will help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a clinic setting, track progress with data, and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while engaging families and management in a collaborative care

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Willing to pursue RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow BIPs as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
