Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under a BCBA supervision to implement BIPs, develop communication and daily living skills, and support participation in therapy across settings.

This full-time role offers a path to RBT certification within the first 60 days, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a large ABA

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.

We have immediate openings for Full-time (Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm operating hours) positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
