Therapy & Beyond is a leading BCBA-owned ABA organization focused on delivering high-quality therapy to children with autism. The team collaborates across ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy to grow potential in every child.

We welcome entry-level and experienced RBTs to apply and support our mission. Roles are available full-time and part-time, with hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm, and we provide assistance through the RBT certification process.

Qualifications

• RBT certification pursued or obtained is preferred.
• Experience with data collection to track patient progress is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and professional communication is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

We have immediate openings for Full-time or Part-time (Operating hours Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:30pm) positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
