Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is hiring for full-time and part-time RBT-supported ABA roles in our Oklahoma clinic. You will provide 1:1 naturalistic therapy to children with autism, track progress with data, implement BIPs, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families.

We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to pursue RBT certification. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, or are pursuing related degrees, and bring energy, creativity, and a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• RBT certification process support provided; willingness to pursue.
• Interest in working with children with autism; energetic and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, clinic-based naturalistic therapy.
• Track progress by data collection and clinical documentation.
• Follow BIPs as outlined by the BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate with clinical management and families.
• Assist with daily living skills (feeding, toileting).
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support during speech/OT sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within first 60 days.

Job Description

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT, and support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for Full-time(Operating Hours, Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:30pm) and part-time position and will assist you through the RBT certification process!

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Starting Compensation: $18.00-$21.00 / hour
