Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.

We encourage candidates at entry level or experienced to apply, and we will assist with RBT certification. Starting pay ranges with full-time and part-time options, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a BCBA-led team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• RBT certification process will be assisted within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Track patient progress with data collection and documentation.
• Follow BIPs provided by BCBA supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist patients with daily living skills (feeding, toileting).
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support during speech or OT sessions.
• Obtain RBT certification within the first 60 days.

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as a RBT,we encourage all candidates to applyand support our mission ofhelping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success!We have immediate openings for full-time and part-timepositions (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:30pm operating hours) andwill assist you through the RBT certification process!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment

Starting Compensation - $18.00-$21.00 / hour
