Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking motivated RBTs to deliver 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent clients with autism under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a HS Diploma or GED.
• RBT certification process is available and supported by the company.
• Openings for full-time and part-time roles with opportunities to pursue RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and documenting outcomes.
• Follow BIPs as outlined by the BCBA supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (feeding, toileting).
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support alongside SLP or OT sessions.
• Pursue RBT Certification within first 60 days of employment.

Whether entry-level to the field of ABA or well versed as an RBT, we support our mission of helping children with autism build skills for a lifetime of success! We have immediate openings for Full-time (Operating Hours, Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:30pm) and part-time position and will assist you through the RBT certification process! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation
• Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
