Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking RBTs for full-time positions in a clinic setting. Work Monday–Friday 7:30am–6:30pm, providing one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision.

You will implement Behavior Intervention Plans, help clients develop communication, motor, academic readiness, social, and independence skills, and support families while maintaining HIPAA compliance. RBT certification assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.

We have immediate openings for full-time (Operation hours of Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:30pm) positions and will assist you through the RBT certification process! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
