Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We offer full-time roles with hours Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:30pm, and support through the RBT certification process.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy for pediatric and adolescent clients under BCBA supervision. Starting wages range from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a BCBA-supervised program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist patients with daily living skills (feeding, toileting).
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines for confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provideone-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within aclinic-basedenvironment

Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation

Following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor

Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families

Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting

Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines

Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions

Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment
