Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking RBTs for part-time afternoon positions in the Antioch area, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, following established treatment plans, and tracking client progress while traveling to client homes.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for working with kids.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids.
• Previous ABA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment.
• Follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Track and report on client progress through session notes.
• Be a consistent, positive presence in your client’s day.
• Travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.
