Job summary

Childwise ABA is seeking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) in Massachusetts to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism under supervision of BCBAs. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and support activities of daily living to foster growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT credential.
• Experience delivering pediatric ABA therapy is preferred.
• Ability to consistently collect and record data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect and record data on patient behavior.
• Follow and implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism

• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Pay range Hourly $22-$28 per hour
• Part-Timebetween 8am and 8pm
• 15-30 hours per week
